Springville Contemporary Dance Classes

Marybeth has always had the dream of owning her own dance studio and 7 years ago, with the help of her husband, Andy, that dream became a reality. She has a passion for reaching out and helping people. Although she is trained as a Registered Nurse, she has taken a break from that to focus on her family and her students. Marybeth has 4 beautiful daughters and an extremely amazing husband who are helping her daily to become a better person. She has danced for over 30 years and taught for over 20. In high school she was a member of Ballet Utah as a soloist. During college she was also a soloist in the Upper Valley Civic Ballet Company in Rexburg, Idaho. She has performed in many roles over the years including Clara from the Nutcracker, Princess Florine from Sleeping Beauty, The Dove from Hansel and Grettle, and the Autumn Fairy from Cinderella. She is trained in ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary, Irish, folk, and modern dancing. Marybeth loves to be outdoors, especially hiking in the mountains and beautiful landscapes of Utah! Andy and Marybeth also have a boardgame collection of over 300 games! She and her family live in Payson, Utah.
